Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Healthcare Sales Specialist with a C1 English proficiency level to join our healthcare operations team. In this role, you will interact with US-based patients and seniors, guiding them through their Medicare options, verifying eligibility, and helping them enroll in appropriate healthcare plans.

The ideal candidate possesses a mix of clinical empathy and strong sales acumen, ensuring a high-quality patient onboarding experience while meeting key performance and enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Medicare Sales & Enrollment:

    • Conduct inbound and outbound calls to eligible US individuals to promote, explain, and sell Medicare insurance plans (Medicare Advantage, Supplements, Part D).

    • Actively listen to prospective members’ needs, identify coverage gaps, and present matching healthcare solutions.

    • Guide patients smoothly through the electronic enrollment and registration process.

  • Insurance Verification & Compliance:

    • Verify Medicare insurance eligibility, active parts, and compliance regulations for new and existing patients.

    • Manage sales tracking portals efficiently and ensure precise data entry of all customer interactions and plan selections.

    • Maintain strict adherence to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and telemarketing laws.

  • Relationship & Pipeline Management:

    • Collaborate closely with clinical administrators, medical coordinators, and internal sales teams to optimize patient flow and care transition.

    • Follow up on warm leads, resolve customer inquiries, and handle objections with professionalism and empathy.

    • Address and correct any commission or enrollment discrepancies to support sales accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English Level (C1 CEFR) is strictly required. Must possess exceptional verbal communication skills, clear pronunciation, and the cultural competence necessary to speak with US seniors.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare sales, Medicare insurance sales, or healthcare BPO contact centers.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, Medicare enrollment portals, and web-based communication platforms. Prior experience tracking sales metrics is highly preferred.

  • Compliance Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of Medicare guidelines, US healthcare insurance terminology, and data privacy (HIPAA) standards.

  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, active listening skills, strong negotiation capabilities, and a results-oriented mindset.
